The snow continues to fall here in South Jersey and though the library building is closed, feel free download an audiobook, browse the collection, renew materials or place holds online.

Thanks to the Philadelphia Inquirer for this timely giggle.

“Just wanted to let you all know that 30 boxes were picked up by Thorofare postmaster Joe Garrity for our troops.  15 boxes to each of our guys units, Marine Cpl Dominic Zappone and Army Spc Michael Maggio.  The postmaster came dressed in a Santa coat & hat and he was as excited as we were about getting our packages sent out.

Thank you all for your loving generosity and help.  Each of you had a part in letting some serviceman or woman know that they are not forgotten and that their many sacrifices are appreciated by all of us.  A special thank you to Gwen Simpson and the staff and students at Durand Academy who made holiday cards to go in with the goodies we collected. The love & support expressed in those cards was absolutely priceless!  We’re not sure how long it will take for delivery but we will keep you posted when we hear from our contacts or their families.

God bless all of you and your families and God bless America!”
